SFM has international recognition in terms of its expertise in telecommunications systems and in particular in consulting and studies for setting up telecommunications networks. His experience both with operators and regulators or Ministries in charge of telecommunications, in the context of technical or strategic assistance missions as well as in the context of training in Tunis or with operators / regulators is unanimously recognized.
Expertise on behalf of Regulators
SFM a réalisé plusieurs missions d’étude pour le compte d’organismes nationaux et internationaux. SFM a élaboré également plusieurs dossiers d’appel d’offres et elle a assisté au dépouillement tel le projet avec une autorité de régulation d’Afrique Centrale pour la mise en place d’une solution de monitoring de trafic des services mobiles qui a commencé par une étude de l’existant jusqu’au contrôle de la mise en place de la solution technique. SFM a réalisé plusieurs projets liés aux conseils stratégiques, nous pouvons citer par exemple la mise en place d’un cadre juridique pour la QoS des Réseaux Mobiles en Afghanistan, au Burundi et au Bénin.

CONTRÔLE DE QOS ET DE DÉPLOIEMENT DE RÉSEAU
SFM has been operating in the field of QoS auditing for several years, which has allowed it to have a global vision of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks at all levels. The services offered by SFM include the field audit of the quality of network service, the analysis of KPIs, network optimization. Site audits are also part of the missions carried out by SFM on behalf of operators to ensure the state of the network. On the other hand, SFM regularly carries out control missions for the deployment of cellular or fiber optic networks.
