We acquired the TARIFFS TRACKER platform from SFM Technologies and began operating it in September 2020.The training was excellent and the periodic tests gave results highlighting the standards for the verification of the good observance of the tariffs by the operators.TARIFFS TRACKER is a valuable tool for monitoring practices based on operator offers.

ARCT acquired TARIFFS TRACKER in 2020 for verificationand price control for voice, SMS and Internet communication services.Upon receipt of the platform, we carried out the tests in Bujumbura as well as in the interior of the country (in 17 provinces).The results were very satisfactory.Thanks to the TARIFFS TRACKER, the telecom operators for which pricing differences have appeared have rectified their billing systems.Pricing differentials then definitively disappeared for three operators.

TARIFFS TRACKER is a platform developed by SFM acquired by ARPCE in 2021 which helps a loton our decision-making at the pricing level of the various offers offered by the operators. The results of this application are certified by the operators, which confirms that the application meets our expectations. In addition, the graphics of the application are quite pleasant and relaxing for the eyes.

QoEntum nous permet de recenser les ressentis clients concernant l’utilisation des services des réseaux mobiles des opérateurs télécom par les consommateurs notamment la data et l’évaluation subjective de la voix.QoEntum remonte également le niveau du signal reçu par les smartphones connectés. Le module Feedback est vraiment intéressant car ça donne la possibilité aux consommateurs de nous écrire via la plateforme QoEntum à partir de leurs smartphones.

QoEntum est un outil facilement exploitable pour nous ainsi que la partie applicative pour les consommateurs car les interfaces sont très claires et précises.Il nous permet de suivre tout en nous donnant la possibilité de faire des rapports sur l’utilisation de l’application elle-même par les consommateurs mais aussi sur les KPI surtout avec cette option de définir et appliquer les seuils de ces KPI se trouvant dans le cahier des charges des opérateurs.
